She has performed with the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra and worked at an events company overseas, sparking her love for weddings and events. After founding an event floral company, she returned to New Zealand with her husband to start Flock Events. Within a year, Flock launched a second location in Auckland and another in Central Otago.

Luxe Dream was founded in 2019 in Auckland, New Zealand, by a young team led by Emma. Their vision was to create a premier wedding and event design business.

Since 2022, Luxe Dream Event Director Emma has traveled to several cities in Austral ia and China, conducting visits to the local wedding and event markets. She has also participated in numerous industry leader summits, gaining valuable insights.
Upon returning to Auckland, she noticed a significant lack of industry interaction and communication in the local market. She recognizing New Zealand still has developing space in the wedding and event industry.

This realization inspired her to organize an industry conference in New Zealand, providing a better platform for local and overseas wedding & events people to communicate. (Can you believe she‘s also an MMA athlete?)
