It's Mental Health Awareness Week, and we want to reiterate the importance of prioritising mental health. The real estate profession can be stressful by nature, which is why it is important to check in with yourself, and with those around you.

The REINZ team recently took part in a mental health workshop — GoodYarn, providing practical mental health and wellbeing resources specifically for the workplace. We loved it, so we're bringing this face-to-face programme to our wider member community.
