We have a great selection of plants available in our new range of forest planters (indoor pot covers only), they can be used as house plants while they are flowering, then when they are done plant them in the garden for a great display!

Eucalyptus silver dollar. The most popular foliage so far this season! It’s one of our favourites too 🤩
Has anyone tried hanging a bunch of eucalyptus in the shower? You only need a stem or 2, I’m thinking baby blue would be the best variety for this, use a rolling pin to crush the leaves and hang it behind the shower head so the heat and steam activates the oils for a beautifully invigorating scented experience that energises you, helps your respiratory systems and helps clear stuffy noses! I know my kids already need help with that! Sounds like a great way to start the day! I have not tried it before so I’m going out to pick a shower bunch now to give it a go. I’ll put some bunches in new world so you can try it too!

It’s time for starting seeds of hardy annuals and perennials in the hope of beautiful and unusual spring and summer flowers for next season. Does it make anyone else sad to think of the elderly sitting in a retirement home feeling extra lonely this valentines because they have lost their partner? Physically or mentally. The years pass by so fast, who knows when that will be you or me!
So I thought I could do my best to make someone feel extra loved on valentines when maybe they don’t have anyone else so I’ll be dropping off some wrapped single roses to rest homes from Waiuku to Pukekohe on the 14th of February (Wednesday next week! )
Does anyone want to help out by sponsoring a rose or 5 (or 10!) and I will deliver to the retirement homes for no extra cost? Or maybe a plant?

Compromise, compassion and love is a choice you make every day.
Some days it’s an easy thing that takes no thinking about and some days it’s a very hard choice. On those days I sit by the pond and remember every plant we have planted, every stone we have lugged into place, every pathway we have created and every bridge we have built, you have done it with me, for me and for the love of our family.
The seas are not always calm but that’s married life, we made the commitment on our wedding day to try our best to find each other again no matter how bad the storm gets.
This is why we love so much to be part of others wedding celebrations, every single one reminds us of what we promised each other and the village of loving support from friends and family that it takes to help get through growing up together because you know growing up and the process of learning how to share your life with another person doesn’t ever stop!
To witness the beginning of the journey with other couples is such a special moment!

This girl is a trend setter, hydrangea limelight umbrella anyone?! These flowers are stunning 😍 perfect cones of lime butterflies 🦋 my plants are only babies so I can’t wait to see what they will look like in a couple years!

Anyone know the name of this gorgeous red rose? It was given to me from a family member when they where changing up the garden of a new house and it is amazing! Thriving in part shade, Disease resistant , repeat bloomer and beautiful form that holds really well in the vase. I have spread cuttings through the garden and need to take more for the cutting beds 😍

Time for some fun @korohehorsetreks . This was the best trek we have been on, we loved it so much! Incredibly kind and knowledgeable guide, beautiful scenery through forests and rivers to amazing lookouts with such well trained horses I got to ride home without the horses head gear on! Coz that’s what I’m into 🦄 and it made my year 🤗 thanks John! Thanks so much Sammii and John, I can’t wait to come back to meet the wild horses next time! Or go trout fishing on horse back! If your passing through Taupo this is a must do for people who love horses 🐴
