✨️ Embroidered Veils ✨️ A definite bridal trend we are seeing as brides showcase more daring and personal touches to their wedding dress.

This gorgeous blush veil is from for bride Zoe, and we had the pleasure of embroidering the words 'to the moon & back' 🫶🏼

We've had brides get theirs and their fiancé's initials, wedding date, nick names, and other loved up statements embroidered, and it's been so lovely hearing the stories behind the meaning 🥰

Here's a pro tip on how to fluff up the train on your wedding dress 👰🏻✨
Instead of going simply up and down, you want to take the train and bring it in a circular movement.
Take the ends of the train, bring it up, pull it towards you, and then place it down.

The circular movement ensures the bridal dress train flares out at its widest circumference.

REAL BRIDE // in her red bespoke wedding dress ❤️

Talk about daring! We absolutely loved making this bold, high-low custom bridal dress, and that too in red! To match that, her bespoke veil was made using a champagne tulle with red/gold/blush 3D floral appliques.

Our bride Kahiro in her altered wedding dress from .auckland 🫶🏼

It's such a beautiful lace bridal dress that we got to alter, and the craziest bit of all is that we only had 8 days to have it completed!! This was also at the time of our most busiest season! But it is all worth it when you see the wedding photos 😍 what do you think?

It's the small changes mixed with industry knowledge from a good bridal sesmstress that make a wedding dress aisle ready 🫶🏼

This wedding dress only had two layers of fabric in the skirt, which meant it was slightly see-through, and unfortunately, wearing shapewear made the entire look even more unflattering. Due to only two layers, you could still see the outline of the shapewear even though it was seamless!

This dress had to be taken in at the bodice but also let out around the hip area. Unfortunately, the skirt did not have any extra seam allowance for us to let out, so we opted to remake the front skirt of this bridal gown and by doing that, we were able to give a bit more flare and open it up through the abdomen. We also added a thicker, stretch inner lining, which you couldn't tell from the outside other than the fact that she felt more secure in it.

The bride felt so much more comfortable and confident in her now wedding dress 🥰

Tamsyn's dress is a true couture wedding gown that has been crafted with combinations of corset and invisible tulles, along with a crinoline layer for the skirt. Not to mention, the entire dress has been handsewn with beaded lace, which was positioned immaculately around the bust and waist to give a stunning contour 😍

We're receiving more and more brides who don't want corset backs as closures for their wedding dress. Instead, they wish to stick with the original design, which is absolutely doable if you see a bridal specialist who knows how to carry out that type of alteration 💯 We have to get more creative with our paneling to ensure the dress doesn't look any different from when it came to us prior to alterations. In order for this dress to fit, the zip had enough allowance for us to let out, but the waistband didn't.
