The Best Gluten Gooey Dark Chocolate Brownie.

😋This chocolate brownie is fudgy and delicious, you wouldn’t know it’s gluten free (with option to be dairy-free too!) Filled with big chunks of dairy free dark chocolate, it’s the perfect treat which is easy to whip up.

Ingredients:
375gm butter (use coconut oil if you want it dairy free)
375gm dark choc
2 ¼ cups sugar
6 eggs
Vanilla
Salt
1 cup cocoa
1 cup rice flour
1 ½ cups almond meal

Method:
Whisk sugar, eggs and vanilla, until pale and fluffy.
Melt coconut oil and pop in chocolate with heat off, whisk until it comes together.
Pour in chocolate mix slowly into egg mix then fold in dry ingredients.
Bake @180 for 55 mins and voila a rich and
