Our Story

We are an off grid event venue with eco principles focussed on weddings, intimate family and corporate events. We are consented for up to 80 guests, 10pm curfew and pride ourselves on our flexibility in setups and timelines to help keep your budget down and provide a stress-free planning experience.

The business is family run and sits on a 30a section of land in Kumeu. Revenue from Little Wilderness helps to fund planting and clearing activities the family do to further regenerate the native bush and stream that runs through the property.

When you book an event at Little Wilderness you get our Shed, Firepit and Gypsy Orchard area for your guests to roam.
