Wow what an amazing turn out tonight Bell Block!

Some very cool costumes and some super spooky homes 🎃

Thank you to all of our homes that were on the trail this year! We appreciate you so much.

Thank you again to those in our community who donated towards lollies for our homes, including The Warehouse Bell Block and Supervalue. Because of you all we were able to donate over 1.5kg to each home!
Unfortunately there was quite a lot of us that still ran out before 7pm (us included) because of the great turn out! I think we had at least double the trick or treaters compared to last year.
Which is why donations are so important - so we have plenty of lollies to get us through the night for all of our tamariki.

We hope you all had a fabulous night and we can't wait for next year!

A huge thank you to the two families who have donated for their very generous donations! Because of them we have been able to purchase another 10kgs worth of lollies to contribute to our homes which means more treats on the trail for our tamariki 🎃

It's here..... The 2023 Bell Block Trick or Treat Trail Map! 🎃👻🎃

There will be also be printed copies available from the Bell Block Library from lunchtime Monday.

We respectfully ask that only people who are a part of our Bell Block community participate in the trail. As much as we would love to welcome everyone, this would unfortunately mean that there would be more traffic, which means a higher chance of an accident happening and would also mean our homes will run out of lollies a lot faster which is very unfair to our own community and those homes contributing.

If you are planning on doing the trail this year, we are still kindly asking for donations to buy lollies for the homes on our map. Please remember that without these homes we would have no trail! So a small donation is greatly appreciated. These can be made into our trail account by Monday afternoon.

The trail will be going ahead rain or shine 🌥️

Our biggest goal is to keep our tamariki safe! So to do so, we've put together some reminders...

👻 Stick to the map! Our homes will have orange balloons or a sign out for easy spotting

👻 Balloons or sign will be removed once the home has run out of lollies

👻 Go with friends. It is much more safe (and fun!) to travel in a group

👻 Cross roads carefully. Make sure to stop and look both ways when crossing roads or pedestrian crossings

👻 Walking or biking is a safer option than driving so that our roads aren't filled with vehicles which heightens the chance of accidents

👻 Be kind and respectful to other people and homes

👻 Most important - have fun!

It's almost time!

As we have only received a few lolly donations from our community for this year's trail, we have set up a bank account for anyone who would like to kindly make a small donation by Monday afternoon that will go towards more lollies 🎃

Another huge thank you to The Warehouse Bell Block and Supervalue for their kind donation of lollies for our homes.

We have an impressive 24 houses on the trail this year! And we would really love to supply them with some more lollies so we don't run out early like we did last year, as we are expecting the trail to be a lot busier this year 🎃

Also a reminder that the map will be available by 5pm tomorrow night!

The trail will be going ahead rain or shine (hopefully shine) and we look forward to seeing all of our tamariki having a blast 👻

We have some amazing local supporters who have donated wrapped lollies, thank you so much!
There is still time to drop off lollies to the Bell Block Library also by the 27th october 5pm.

🎃 The Bell Block Trick or Treat Trail is on again for 2023 🎃

We will have details coming this week in regards to entering your house on our trail map!

We will also be taking donations this year for WRAPPED lollies, and we are on the lookout for a drop of zone too!

🎃 WOW! Thank you to the Bell Block community for coming together tonight 🎃

I think this is the busiest we have seen Bell Block on a Halloween night!

We appreciate every home who took part in opening up their home for trick or treaters! Even though most of us ran out of lollies, children seemed to of had lots of fun!

We are so excited for Halloween next year, we have some big plans in preparation that homes don’t run out of lollies so quickly!

We want to thank you all once again and we really hope you enjoyed your night 🎃👻

🎃🎃 Hello Trick or Treaters 🎃🎃

As most of you know, we only started our page 3 days ago. Because of this we unfortunately haven't had enough time along with our participants to put together a Bell Block Trail this year.
But thanks to some of our amazing community reaching out to us, we have put together this impressive list of homes we know will be accepting trick or treaters tonight!
We are aware that there will be alot of people who haven't seen our posts that are still accepting trick or treaters this year. You may see these decorated homes along your way.

Our biggest goal on this page is keeping our Tamariki safe while out and about. So we have put together some reminders to keep everyone as safe as possible.....

🎃 Go with friends. Its much more fun (and safe) to go in a group

🎃 Cross roads carefully. Make sure to stop and look both ways when crossing the road or zebra crossing

🎃 Only visit homes with decorations visible (if not on this list)

🎃 Walking is a safer option to driving so that our streets aren't filled with cars, which heightens the chance of accidents

🎃 Brush your teeth before bed!
