Paripuma..as a wedding venue it is stunning and breathtaking every time we design flowers there.

We have a box arrived with plants which got too dry in transit resulting in a few weeks of yellow leaves. We have cut these off and the plants look fabulous.. perfect for Christmas gifts! $5 is fantastic!

Fresh Christmas Wreath class.
Tonight's lively group of gorgeous girls arranged fabulous wreaths with a variety of fir, conifer, cones and garden treasures.
Kimberley & I were so impressed with the skills and workmanship from tonight.
We arranged these wreaths into oasis frames so the girls can keep them watered and fresh for their Christmas tables, with a candle in the centre.
Kimberley also showed an eco friendly method of tying foliage on your a wire frame.. suitable for dried flowers too but not so great for fresh foliage in our 30 deg heat!

French Country houses have finally arrived and they are gorgeous!
There is a range with wee Christmas touches but mostly these are in colours and styles for your home to leave out all year round.

Classic white tribute, always beautiful.
This one was arranged by Libby and was her first fully solo tribute. We were all thrilled with her work.
Over the 90 years Mayflower has been arranging flowers for Marlborough we have trained many florists as our seniors are qualified to teaching & one, to examiners level. Libby is one of three young florists we started training 3 years ago and today she is a competent designer arranging beautiful flowers for our clients. And she is a pleasure to work with!

Spooky bouquets complete with hairy spiders & cobwebs.. presentation bunches for last nights Blenheim Musical Theatre's production of Adam's Family.
These crazy creations were whipped up by our talented Rosalie.
We all love arranging pretty flowers but it's not always easy to design to look " dark spooky & wild". Nailed it again Rosalie.

Last nights bouquet class.. fabulous ladies who all chose totally different bouquets, styles, colours ( unfortunately I missed pics of the beautiful lime/ lemon/ blue bouquet)
We love our evenings teaching floristry but also chatting about everyone's gardens & having a lot of fun.
Thank you girls, stunning bouquets arranged and Rosalie & I loved our evening with you all.
We nearly fully booked with group bookings for evening work events but can take bookings 9-5pm.
Next up our Christmas wreath class, fresh or a mix, Dec 4. Book online.

Heather had a plan for her dried flowers... a formal look, a colour scheme & a definite position for it in her home.. after lots of laughter and designing like a pro she was super happy with her arrangement🌸
I'm not sure who enjoys our classes the most.. our clients or our florists!
