A reminder to you all about this great course

I've been quiet on my page of late- I dont know about you, but the energy of late is tiring!
Ive noted many people are feeling this way.
I've been working and resting- It is so important that we step out of our focus on what we want and into the here and now to balance.
Who else is feeling the different energy rolling in- it means change is afoot, one thing I love is change!😁

Here is the info for the course for folks that havn't seen it-
This course goes deep into our identity, what we action in a negative way, or what we inaction!
Clearing the old, pulling away the layers of survival to the powerful and incredible you and
How to keep feeding yourself your power.
Surrending through the body, the mind and the soul.
Rewriting your physical and emotional being- creating a new matrix.
Showing you how energy creates change.
Over the years, I have seen some miraculous
things happen through change first in the mind and then the body.
Clearing and resetting ones whole being brings
the concept of anything and everything is possible, creating change.
This course holds the platform for this change- Many emotional and physical exercises through the power of words, energy and you.
-2 hrs per night/ week. 6 weeks in total
7-9pm

Week 1.
I am....
Who is the "I" in am- Taking the ego out of ones identity to visit and be our true being.
And observing why we react certain ways.

Week 2. Clearing the old- taking away the emotional story.

Week 3. Using energy to heal the inner body, one's inner mind and one's soul.

Week 4. Pulling away the layers of survival and bringing in gentle freedom.

Week 5. Rewriting your emotional and physical being- Starting afresh.

Week 6. Continuing your incredible individual journey into the future. What new values have become important through your deep journey and how can those values play a role of health and well being in your future.

All in a group setting, yet individually moving and negotiating through much change. Its personal, its private, its subtle, its revealing, its supportive and it's life changing.
If you feel it's time to loose your old self- change your I am to a new way of thinking and being.
Whether it is pain in your body or emotional being or patterns of dysfunction.
Ill health, frustration of not stepping into your power. Or not creating the future you want.

Mare Cromwell here: It's Saturday night and after intensively holding space for the 1000 Goddesses Gathering Global Grid for the past two days, by keeping my altars in the home activated and tuning in on the Spirit Plane ... it's time for some downtime. Dinner and a movie with my sweetie. :)

There are still some ceremonies happening on the West Coast of the USA and Hawaii that I'm tuning in to ... yet things are quieting down. And in the next few days we'll have a final count of all the ceremonies (at least the ones people registered for or told us informally about). And hopefully a report from the HeartMath Institute on whether their scientific instruments sensed a shift in the heart coherence energies on the planet. All TBA.

And, I'll have a spiritual report to share too. More to come!

In the meantime so much love and gratitude to all of you who heard the call and showed up, whether online with Emmi Mutale and myself, or conducting your own ceremony in your region. Thank you! Mother Gaia thanks you!
