SONG WRITING✨🎶
For years I kept song books full of originals and played them often. 10 years ago when it was part of my university degree, I shared/recorded/performed them a lot!
Nowadays it’s something I find I rarely sit down and do but I sat down to record a Coldplay song this morning and I hit one key and just started wiring an original instead 😂😂
I used to get embarrassed sharing songs as it always felt so personal, but I feel like I’ve gotten to that stage in life where I just don’t give a crap about peoples opinions 😅
So if anyone is wondering about the process - this video shows it 😂 normally it’s either a melody or a string of words that pop into my head. In this case it was one note I hit repeatedly on the piano to make sure the piano was turned on 🤣 haha
I will do my best to finish songs, record them and release them this year and post more covers as well! As many of you have pointed out - I hardly have any music content here on my social media! 🎶
Anyway - enjoy my fumbling around and my lack of piano skills as I actually have no clue how to play properly, woohoo 😝🥰
