Wednesday wedding tip ✨

When considering your tablescapes think about what food is being served.

Alternate drop menus
• Go wild on your tablescape - you’ll have plenty of room down the centre of the table. Add florals, add texture with different types of candles/ holders and table risers

Share plate menus
• You’ll have less room for table decor to make room for large share plates. Choose intentionally with a few statement floral centrepieces or large candle centrepieces with a few bud vases

The most common question I get asked is around budget. Here’s my top spend and save tips, save this for later 👇🏼

Spend on these
✨ Statement pieces - such as florals or balloons or a neon sign. These are the items that people will take the most notice of and photograph. Double these as a photo station

🌟 Entrance signage - this sets the tone for the event and gets people excited!! There’s nothing like a sign frame with some amazing balloons or florals to set the mood of the event!!

🌟 Bespoke items - Disco balls, giant lollipops, giant teddy bears, ceiling installations, large cauldrons made from balloons, LED rope lights. This gives your event an elevated and immersive feel that will leave an impression on your guests.

Save on these
☔️ Party favours - although these are a cute moments, nobody expects party favours. If you’re after an impactful event save on this feature.

☔️ Extravagant intricate signage - full colour illustrations are amaaazing at any event. However they are costly to print, if you want value for money keep the backdrop and entrance signage simpler

☔️ Multiple premium backdrops - choosing one detailed backdrop and one simpler arch. Combined with the above tips it’s an easy way to direct your budget toward more impactful styling choices

Working with your venue is so important!! Not to have an installation over power natural features but work in with it.

In this instance a small install complimenting the ivy and roses. As well as creating an immersive install in the small entrance yard with 90cm balloons 🤍

〰️ Cafe au lait
〰️ Metallic Taupe

Each balloon has another colour stuffed inside, so when you blow it up it creates a custom colour. This is called double stuffing 🎈
