It’s time for a little break.

I was tossing up about whether to post about this but there’s no harm in sharing it. Tomorrow I am getting a surgery that is well overdue, but it means I’ll be off my feet for a while. It has sadly meant I’ve had to turn down a few gigs that I would’ve loved to play. I’ll do my best to stay on top of things but my mental health is likely going to take a hit as well, so for that reason I’ll be limiting the time I spend on social media.

I’m treating this like some well deserved time to rest and reset. Not only this but I can put some energy into other things that I just haven’t had the time to, like producing. Thank you to everyone who has offered help there, it’s a mammoth of a thing to try wrap your head around but having support there has been so helpful.

I’ll be back in no time. 🫶🏻
