These two legends have been through a lot together, and it was such an honor to be able to officiate their marriage and be part of their special day. It was a huge surprise to everyone - myself included - when she rocked down the aisle in a beautiful bright pink dress. Absolutely stunning Georgia. “We had the most incredible day and Lisa was honestly amazing. I couldn’t have picked a kinder and more outgoing celebrant. She calmed my nerves when I saw her and even managed to get a few words out of my husband that hardly ever speaks 😂😂 she was so welcoming to our request and took the time to get to know us and understand what we wanted for our big day, we really do appreciate everything she did for us and every time we talk about our wedding, we will always remember her. I couldn’t be happier.”

A gorgeous intimate wedding in a beautiful garden setting. A lot of mahi went into this wedding from all of their friends and whanau. So many laughs and happy tears for this one. Very special day for these two, not only marrying their favourite person, but on their 10 year anniversary 🥹 I had so much fun learning their love story, spinning yarns with Zach pre ceremony to try calm his nerves. But when Zusje walked down the aisle, that was where the magic started ✨

“Well what can I say!! we had the most amazing wedding day and the planning and running of the ceremony was so hugely contributed to having Lisa as our celebrant. She was there for us for any questions along the way leading up to the day and took care of all of the legalities with professionalism and punctuality.
Can’t speak highly enough for her fun relaxed vibe and her care and attention to detail.
Numerous guests commented on how great Lisa was and we would highly recommend to anyone!!!”

With compulsory shots on entry, this wedding was destined to be one hell of a party!
I am lucky enough to work alongside Anna in healthcare, and she is a true gem. These two are head over heels for each other, and Danielle from captured their love beautifully. Little George stole the show, Paul couldn’t help but grab his gorgeous wife-to-be and give her a big smooch once she arrived to us at the isle, I mean, who could blame him?! Look at her!! 🥹 I am known to shed a tear or two, however I don’t think there was a dry eye in the house with Anna’s entry. Absolutely stunning.

“Lisa knocked it out of the park. From the beginning she was enthusiastic and genuine, and coordinated the dream ceremony with us. She was more than a celebrant on the day, helping with some final set ups, keeping Ed company up the front, and it meant a lot to us that she could say some phrases in Te Reo.

Also a shout out for your resourcefulness. You managed to calmly fix an issue with the microphone moments before it all started without anyone noticing.

“Lisa was an awesome celebrant! She was known to us through friends and was the perfect mix of familiar and professional. Lisa was great in our first meeting, making us feel super comfortable and confident, and was so responsive through email and available for calls when we thought that would be easier. She was so helpful with our vows and made sure they matched so we didn't have to worry about length and tone etc. Lisa was absolutely fabulous on our day and hit the mark on what we wanted from our ceremony 🥰 a wee bee decided to make her job a little difficult and she handled it like an absolute champ, making the experience a charming addition to our ceremony. While we were getting photos done, she was so fantastic at looking out for us, grabbing us drinks, and herding people for photos. We felt very supported and looked out for throughout the process! The beautifully printed vows was an extra special touch which we appreciated so much. Thank you Lisa for your time, effort, and support, and for making our ceremony so perfect! ❤️”

I love getting to know couples and hearing their love story, it really is a privilege to celebrate your love.

A little bit about me. I live with my partner and our two crazy kitties. I am a registered nurse who has a soft spot for paediatrics. My happy place is out in nature, hiking through New Zealand whenever I get the chance. I love flowers, especially when my garden comes alive in the spring. For my first wedding, we surprised everyone as I officiated my twin sister and brother-in-law in Feb 2022 ❤️
