Drum roll, please!

We are excited to introduce our nourishing muesli range. So far, we have our classic muesli and a delicious gluten-free buckwheat option. We are currently working on a chocolate variety as well.

In addition, we have launched an individual cake range that I believe you will love!

This week's flavours include:

- Raspberry, Lychee, and Roses

- Orange, Raspberry, and Rhubarb

For the last 5 weeks, we have been fascinated by the brownie and how many different ways you can have it; all our blondies are gluten-free, croissant and cream cheese red velvet. The caramel crunch remains me of the rice bubble slice that my mum used to make us as a kid, and the mores, one Khana loved, but if you have a favourite brownie that you would like to see in our cabinet, let us know, and we will make it

I recently got asked to make a Battenberg wedding cake. For those that have never heard of it, it's two coloured sponge cakes, but I made four of them, then you cut them to shape, jam them together, and cover them in Marzipan. It sounded like a five-minute job, but it wasn't. Here is the mini version of it, so come on in and try some
