Congratulations to Mikayla and Harry who got married in the Park a couple of weeks ago. Choosing to hire out Caths Cottage (Airbnb) beside the river, they made this the focus for their day with the stretched tent located near the bridge for the evening. Looked spectacular with the lighting and location.

Happy New Year everyone. Busy time for hosting weddings but also if you are thinking of your big day it's a good idea to visit the site a year out (if possible) so you can see what it will be like. Where the shade is? Where the best photo spots are? etc.. Congratulations to the newly married couple who chose to have their ceremony at the lovely dell at 2C beside the river.

So much colour in the gardens at the moment. The lilies are out. It must be close to Xmas! We have a few weddings booked for this summer but still some weekends available this coming summer. It's a good idea to visit your wedding site a year out so you can get a feel for what it will be like at that time of year Email us any questions...[email protected]

There are some stunning colours in the Park at this time of the year. From the Orton Bradley Park Cafe Pink and Purple wisteria, to the cherries and chestnuts. With over 160 different exotic trees coming into flower at this time of year, it is a great time to come and explore the Park. Rhododendrons are looking fantastic too! Adults $5 per person, children free.

Our native planting day is on this coming Sunday, August 3rd! From 10am, meet in the cafe carpark (Orton Bradley Cafe is closed on Sunday). Stay for a cuppa at the Old School House afterwards and explore the Park and re-live those great memories.

On the shortest day this plant is a great reminder that Spring is coming. The daphne has a fantastic fragrance in June rewarding day time explorers. A large example in full flower (and perfume) now is in the Rhododendron walk.

The autumn colours never disappoint in the Park. With over 160 exotic trees in the Park, there are a huge range of reds, yellows and oranges to enjoy.

There is a fantastic variety of flowers on display around the park at the moment. Such as this beautiful red flowering coral tree and the bird of paradise succulent.

The roses are looking stunning at the moment. Some of the heirloom roses have amazing perfume to go with their brilliant colour.

The rhododendrons are starting to add colour and perfume to the driveway as they emerge from winter and start showing off their magnificent colours. The azaleas and lilies are waiting for a bit longer but in the meantime the new cherry garden is looking great in it's first spring.

The Helebore garden has been adding some great winter colour to the garden beds along the main driveway. Also known as the "winter rose" they do great under the large deciduous trees that give them winter light but protect them from the strong summer sun. Many different shades of whites, pinks and purples catch the light and their early arrival make this flowering garden a great introduction to the Park..
