We were lucky enough to be part of the Familial Trust’s program a few weeks ago! We absolutely loved providing some messy fun for their tamariki to enjoy. It’s always exciting to watch wee minds explore and see how creative they get with the different tools on offer.

**Exciting Opportunity: Messy Mates is For Sale!**

Due to personal circumstances and family commitments, we have made the ridiculously difficult decision to sell Messy Mates. Our wee business has grown and ended up being much busier than we could of anticipated and unfortunately just don’t have the time in our lives to continue to grow it and we hate to disappoint when we say no to bookings.

We have become known for creating joyful, sensory-rich experiences for children and unfortunately now have realised a new owner may be the solution to ensure we aren’t letting anyone down and could hopefully take it even further than we have.

Messy Mates has established a strong presence in the community, we’ve offered taste-safe sensory play and unforgettable birthday parties for young children and their families. If you're also passionate about creating magical experiences for kids and their families, this is an exciting opportunity to take over a well-loved business with potential for further growth.

For those with existing bookings: rest assured that all planned events will be held with the same level of professionalism and care that you've come to expect from us. We're committed to making every experience special for your little ones, right up until we hand over the reins to the next owner or continue the journey ourselves 😊

All of this messy goodness was created for a beautiful family celebrating their wee girls very first birthday 🎈

It was all for her and her brothers to enjoy together, how special is that 🥰

We absolutely loved creating these and had even more fun coming back to clean it all up. These trays were certainly loved and I wish we had of taken an ‘after’ photo to show off how creatively messy they were! 🙌🏼

We love when we get to create something we haven’t done yet! This wee dude loved monster trucks so we had to include them alongside lots of his other favourites 🛻

Hey Messy Mates!!

A quick term 3 update from us.

I have started studying this term which will unfortunately take priority but the end goal is to ensure both the family and Messy Mates benefit from this choice 📚

We will absolutely be continuing the birthday parties and events so do keep those bookings coming, we are almost full for August!

We do appreciate your support and are sorry our Friday sessions can’t continue this term but do stay tuned as we will announce some ‘pop up’ dates during the term for you (and us) to still be able to have some messy fun 🥳

We celebrated our beautiful wee niece/granddaughter’s 1st birthday last weekend! ☀️

We were treated with sunshine and of course had a couple of fun messy trays set up for the wee ones to enjoy. Birthday girls favourites of course.

Can’t wait to get back into celebrating more birthdays with you all in the next coming weeks. We love to see that winter isn’t an issue so far as we are getting rather busy for birthday bookings!

We had so much fun exploring all the garden had to offer 🌼

Our Messy Mates had a blast touching and tasting all the different textures inside our trays.

We loved meeting some new faces and seeing some of our regular little seasoned pro’s back in action.

Unfortunately we are still waiting on our other venues to approve our dates so hopefully we will see the rest of you very soon 🤞🏼

YAY! Thanks to the lovely Duval Digital NZ our booking system is ready to roll!
