🚨𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝟮𝟰 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗵𝗼𝗹 𝗯𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 🚨 If you carry or consume alcohol in the streets around the event site, or within Hagley Park you won’t be permitted entry, and risk being fined – This is a condition of our license, and will be strictly enforced.

• 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗥𝟭𝟴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼 𝗜𝗗 𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱. Accepted forms of ID are a valid NZ Driver’s Licence, a valid NZ or International Passport, a valid Kiwi Access card.

• 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗜𝗗 – Only the actual ticket holder will be permitted entry

• 𝗚𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝟮.𝟯𝟬𝗽𝗺 and the event finishes at 10.30pm.

• 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝟳.𝟯𝟬𝗽𝗺 – if you arrive later than this you won’t be permitted entry.

• 𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗱𝗼 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗼𝗿 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂, as you will not be able to bring it into the festival. We have over 25 food vendors for the day serving a range of food items including vegan and vegetarian options. If you have any specific food allergies please contact us at [email protected]

• 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗮 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗮𝗿 serving a range of beers, wines, ready mixed drinks, and soft drinks. 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗵.

• 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝘁𝘆 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 with you and there will be heaps of free, fresh, filtered water available all around the event.

• 𝗟𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗴𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗲 – If you are bringing a bag please ensure it is smaller than 30cm x 30cm.

• 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗹𝗹-𝘄𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗱𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 – 𝘀𝗼 𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 and be prepared with a hat, sunnies, sunscreen and a jacket. The sun is set to be shining though, but check the forecast before you leave! You may bring a picnic blanket, but please no chairs or umbrellas.
