📚 Kia ora et te whānau! Wondering what this cute wee house is that's appeared across the way from us?

It's a pātaka pukapuka / book exchange! Our mates at WORD Christchurch set this up for our community to exchange all kinds of books - stories, poetry, cook books... you name it! Take what you need, and leave what you can in this little wee library on the green outside The Piano.

WORD Christchurch worked with He Waka Tapu, built by apprentices at Cook Brothers Construction. So cool, check it out!

POV: when you have some spare time but just gotta clean 🧽

While we have some down time in our Philip Carter Family Concert Hall we pop on our shopping bag shoes and oil the stage floor, restoring the beautiful natural colouring in the wood. We love it!
