Check out Saturday night at the Feast of Fools Dinner. What a pleasure it was. We had sore ribcages, it was JUST. THAT. GOOD. And for those of you awaiting the reveal of the beast, the suspense is finally over… *badoom boom ch! The beast was a whole roasted pig with an apple in its mouth accompanied by mounds of turkey drumsticks, big beer braised beef pies, whole cauliflowers - roasted with horseradish bechamel & crispy bread crumbs, buttery potato mash with fried sage, platters of wild greens, beans, radish & walnuts. #breadandcircus #buskerfestival #daredevilchicken #mulletman #sarahtwister #cocoloco
