I’m other exciting news’s for Nicky’s Boutique Catering, we were lucky enough to find white truffles in our truffiere this year.
Hopefully 2025 is a good season and I can produce some delicious truffle infused products such as:
Pate, Salts, butters, oils, pies….

Back to it this week! Shoulder is much better thank goodness!!! Fingers crossed no surgery required as it’s very loose🫣 Love Love being back to work!

Had an incredible family ski holiday last week in Cardrona💕 ⛷️ Unfortunately I slipped on ice on the last day & dislocated my shoulder 🤦‍♀️ off work for x2 weeks whilst my shoulder gets stronger. I’m not happy about it and itching to get back to work!

After eating one of the best cheese scones of my life in Nelson I decided my cheese scones were not upto par… after a few different recipe trials I’ve cracked what I think it’s pretty near as good, my little taste testers gave me good feedback.., hopefully my clients agree 🫶
