We love to experiment in the kitchen so we work as a team to create a beauitful menu with seasonal produce!
Last week we created this delicious dish.....
Prawn and tuna ceviche in a kawakawa and lime dressing, with balsamic pickled red onion, Kawakawa oil drizzle and nasturtium flower.
