Our Ultimate Steak Sandwich

Ciabatta from , homemade roasted garlic aioli , fresh picked rocket , bavette steak cook medium rare and finished with a herbed up chimichuri. One of our dishes for the wine festival next Saturday. We’ll be with our awesome friends from Paritua 🥩🥩🥩🥩
