This disaster has displaced thousands and has caused ongoing issues with infrastructure in meany of its communities, with the risk of more damage on the way.

2 awesome crews from Vancouver have teamed up to give you ‘BC Flood Relief LP’ check it out. All proceeds go towards people effected by the disaster.

Molyneux Fest 2021 is full steam ahead. Obviously we've had to tinker with the line up as a result of Auckland's situation, however we are crossing our fingers for the original date, otherwise we will be going hundy as soon we're at level one.. peace & aroha.

Introducing our first replacement act Reuben Stone

Multi-instrumental wonder boy Reuben Stone is no stranger to the music industry. After dreaming up his high energy live-looping stage show in 2013, Reuben landed a tour with Tash Sultana across the USA, and with UB40 around Aus. This started his own run of sold out shows in Sydney and Melbourne. Back-to-back sold out dates with Tash gave Reuben a chance to hone his stagecraft and present as the craftsman he is today.
Reuben hails from Christchurch and has been working on a debut album after being grounded by Covid19. If Tiki Taane's One Man Band Show last year tickled your fancy then you need to come and see the next generation do it live. We are super pumped to have Reuben come down to Alexandra and play our little festival.

🌸 BUSINESS AS USUAL 🌸

The 65th Contact Alexandra Blossom Festival is just FIVE weeks away and for the second year in a row Covid-19 Alert Level changes are proving a “challenge.”

The Alexandra Blossom Festival Committee is closely monitoring nationwide alert levels and will update on decisions regarding the festival closer to the time as the Government releases more information.

Blossom Festival event manager Martin McPherson said it was “less than ideal” to be in this position again however he was optimistic.

“We have been here before so we know we can pull the festival together in a short timeframe if necessary - the groundwork has already been laid.”

In the meantime, it is business as usual with planning; however festival spending will be limited to reduce the impact of the alert level changes, Mr McPherson said.
