Thank you to the Devonport community for your support. We started Devonport Hire to make it efficient and easy to hire equipment and tools locally and provide a sustainable way for people to access the right tool for the job.

Devonport Hire has lots of potential however as this business is not our main focus and with young families we just do not have the time to fully commit to running the business. We had hoped to find someone to take it over but were unable to make this happen, we have made the decision to close Devonport Hire. There will be still party equipment available for local events but this will be managed through Devonport Electrical and their sponsorship team. Thanks again to all our customers - it was a pleasure working with you!

Staff wanted for weekend shifts 8-4pm Saturday & Sunday at Devonport Hire.
