MATAORA. It was a real honour to sit in this room with these tāne, Tux’s whānau, and document him receive mataora. This was also the first time I met which has cemented a solid friendship I’m truly grateful for. An incredible thing to witness, to be entrusted with the documentation of, and beautiful thing that words can’t quite describe to be in a room experiencing the wairua flow. Grateful. Arohanui.
