My name is Tracy, my partner and I have two beautiful girls who are turning 4 and 1 this year. I have always had a passion about planning, love making lists of things to achieve and going above and beyond to make it perfect. Since having my girls and planning their beautiful birthday parties I have developed a love. Just recently I was sitting thinking to myself that I am going to be “that mum” wh

o has a birthday party for their kid every year. I realized I wasn’t completely doing it for them, it gave me the chance to have some fun and get creative, see my ideas come to life. That’s when I had that lightbulb moment, I could take this passion to help others make that special day even more special. Options are very limited at this time so first in first served. Mistletoe Madness 2024
Dine & Dance at Larnach Castle

If you haven’t been to one of the Balls hosted by Larnach Castle yet, add this to your 2025 to do list.

On Friday night they had Mistletoe Madness. Ticketed event which included return transport from Dunedin Railway Station, bubbles on arrival, delicious three-course buffet dinner, live band and Photo Booth.

Here we have the start screen and digital mock up of the photo template for the evening. Printed onsite photo strips so the guests can take home memories of the evening.

So much struggle this year in the community which we are now starting to see charities unable to continue on which is just heartbreaking. The amount of support which just disappears overnight, literally

These Super Star Jammers this month have lost StarJam which provided dance, music and performance workshops to young disabled people, it just closed with immediate effect earlier this month along with over 100 people losing their jobs. News articles linked below

With their end of year concert disappearing with the closure they came together to seek sponsors for what might be their last get together. MKT came on board with this striking piece - hopefully they find their future at the end of the rainbow xx

Christmas Party Time 🎉

Contact Energy celebrated last weekend capturing some fun on the Photo Booth

Look at this fun Christmas theme template for the event as well as including the company logo. Carried this through to the welcome screen on the Photo Booth too.

Digital service only for the event so I included the selection of either 2x6” strip or 4x6” card size which was available for instant download via QR code with wifi service available at the venue along with images being uploaded to a online gallery

Let’s talk Christmas, New Year & January 2025 as requests are coming in for this period

Holy moley what a year. My 2024 New Year resolution was to create a better work/life balance and I totally failed 🤦‍♀️
I am in need of a bloody good break and time to switch off which I’m not even sure I know how to do that anymore.

For the rest of the year there is now very little availability left for MKT set up services. Equipment hires, pick up & return MKT HQ are still possible leading up to Christmas, subject to item availability.

I will be taking a good chunk of time off at Christmas/NY. I’m planning to be off or extremely limited right through to the end of January 2025 really. I can likely squeeze in most equipment hires with notice as there will be periods of time out of town.

Never ever imagined that MKT would be what it is today. Without the blood, sweat and tears I have poured into it literally, it wouldn’t be. But now I need to take a holiday, to rest and recoup, to be ready for what 2025 has in-store for MKT!

How to get the fun flowing at a party… The Bubble

Cleaned and ready to party again I won’t lie, it’s one of my least favourite parts of the job cleaning the castles after each hire but it’s got to be done to keep these stunners in tip top shape for you to enjoy. The fold I find really important, the smaller and compact I get the castle the easier it is to manoeuvre on my own. Running and working MKT on my own sure is a mighty good work out 🏋️
