We were thrilled to have Majestic Frog Collective with us this past weekend, with The Revlon Girl. A beautifully crafted and told story, what a treat for our lovely audience - Thank you everyone for your support of independent theatre!!
We get a little break this week, then wrap up the year with Octagon Collective Poetry and Femme Volume 9 ✨ next week - two of our popular resident events. Come and get festive!!

Recent NAT heroes #1: It's been a funny ol' time, with a few tough weeks, both in the theatre and personally. Reaching out often feels so wrong, especially when it's 'business', but then friends work their magic, as everything settles again. Thank you so much to a special NAT friend who not only reached out, but also gave us a generous donation recently. Your thoughtfulness is matched by your kindness, and we SO appreciate your help!

Hey all. We need help. It's been a tough couple of weeks at the NAT, and we don't often share the lows of being an Arts venue, but here's the guts of it:
In the last two weeks both scheduled shows had to cancel late. This happens sometimes, for a variety of reasons, but when it does we support those artists fully. That means we don't charge a cancellation/no show fee, as we want people to be well when they come here, and we want to be here for them when they can reschedule. But, it means very hard times for us, when it came during a brief quiet period of one-show weeks, and two weeks in a row!
Here's where you can HELP: Please come visit and support our upcoming shows - buy tickets, bring random friends, and even buy some drinks when we're hosting you! It all adds up to making a difficult industry less daunting. We are proud of the artists we have, and the sheer variety of performance we can attract. But it is all literally for naught without audiences.
TOMORROW, Weds 13 Nov: FREE poetry night with Talia Marshall, 7pm (just come along from 6pm for bar ;D ) and it's Boots' first gig!!!
