东方魔团声明
尊敬的朋友们，
首先，我们要对大家的关心和批评表达诚挚的感谢。我们深刻意识到此次事件给社会和各位带来的困扰，对此我们表示诚恳的歉意。
关于幻术大仙的指控，我们有必要针对关键问题做出如下声明：
1. 新西兰巡演：在与大仙达成合作协议后，第一轮巡演的经济损失由刘佳全权承担。尽管观众反响积极，最终亏损了二十万新台币。在大家共同商议如何改进后，第二轮巡演得以实现盈利，虽未完全弥补亏损，但收益已用于团队的新西兰和美国共同旅行开支，且没有发生任何不诚信行为。
2. 机票费用：幻术大仙打了三次赴新西兰的机票，前两次由刘佳个人承担，第三次则是共同分摊。这一点在协商过程中已有明确的共识。
3. 香港魔术演出：大仙代表东方魔团与香港方面的合约完全按照协议履行。第一笔于活动前一周给予完毕，剩余尾款于演出结束五天前给予完毕。财务都已按时解决，不存在欺诈行为。重庆大厦也并非Keanu所安排，为大仙自行选择预订住宿。
4. Keanu与刘佳的新闻事件：对于Keanu过往的纠纷事件，我们在他加入团队前已有充分了解，并接受了他的说明，事件皆以由法律妥善处理完毕。刘佳近期的法庭纠纷亦已得到妥善处理，起诉根本没有成立。皆与本次事件无关。
我们承认在与幻术大仙的沟通上存在不足，对此我们深感抱歉，并将采取措施加强团队的沟通和管理，以避免类似问题再次发生。
最后，我们郑重声明，若本文内容有任何误差，我们愿承担相应法律责任。同时，我们也保留对任何不实指控的法律追诉权。
东方魔团将继续致力于通过魔术展示和传播东方文化的魅力。我们期待着在未来得到更多的理解与支持，与大家一同分享魔术带来的奇妙和快乐。

Statement from the Oriental Wonders
Dear Friends,
First and foremost, we extend our sincere gratitude for your concern and criticism. We are deeply aware of the disturbance this incident has caused to society and individuals, for which we sincerely apologize.
Regarding the accusations against the Daxien Illusionist , it is necessary to address the key issues as follows:
1. New Zealand Tour: After reaching a cooperation agreement with the Daxien, Liu Jia solely undertook the economic loss of the first tour. Despite positive feedback from the audience, we ended up with a loss of two hundred thousand New Taiwan Dollars. After collective discussions on improvements, the second tour managed to turn a profit. Although not fully compensating for the loss, the earnings were used for the team's travel expenses in New Zealand and the USA, with no dishonest conduct occurring.
2. Airfare Costs: The Daxien's three trips to New Zealand were covered by Liu Jia the first two times and shared the third time. This was clearly agreed upon during negotiations.
3. Hong Kong Magic Performance: The Daxien fulfilled the contract with the Hong Kong party on behalf of the Oriental Wonders in full accordance with the agreement. The initial payment was completed a week before the event, with the remaining balance settled five days before the end of the performance. All financial matters were resolved on time, with no fraudulent behavior. The lodging at Chongqing hotel was not arranged by Keanu but was chosen by the Daxien himself.
4. The News Incident Involving Keanu and Liu Jia: We were fully informed of Keanu's past disputes before he joined the team and had accepted his explanation, with all incidents having been properly resolved by law. Liu Jia's recent legal dispute has also been appropriately settled without any prosecution being initiated. These are unrelated to the current incident.
We acknowledge the inadequacy in our communication with the Daxien, for which we are truly sorry. We will take measures to strengthen the team's communication and management to prevent similar issues from occurring again.
Lastly, we solemnly declare that if there are any errors in the content of this text, we are willing to bear the corresponding legal responsibilities. We also reserve the right to take legal action against any false accusations.
The Oriental Wonders will continue to dedicate ourselves to showcasing the charm of Eastern culture through magic. We look forward to gaining more understanding and support in the future and to share the wonder and joy of magic with everyone.
