Hey everyone 🖤

Our team have taken a break from social media to spend time with our children and family, it’s especially important to hug our small children and to give them as much love as possible! It must be strange for them hearing what is happening in the world.

We have put together a short video on some tips for self care during lock down. Some of these have definitely helped me and my team get through so far 😅

I myself have really taken in and embraced the most simple pleasures we are gifted in this beautiful world, even just taking in the smell of coffee beans.

We hope all of you are doing well and are safe and warm inside!
