This 1968 RS Camaro has to be one of our best yet. Located in Modesto California, it was offered out and our Client push the button to purchase. It goes to show if you hesitate you could miss an opportunity like this.
This may have been a long wait from purchase, but well worth it.
Once landed at American Muscle, with the ok from the new Owner, the 68 Camaro was put through compliance. Now ready for plates and registration on NZ.
Left for its new home in the South Island.
Not bad really from Modesto California to warranted for NZ road, a very for filling job for American Muscle.

Just a heads up, we’ve just been offered a 1968 Dodge Charger, Green with vinyl roof. It’s been here in NZ for over 15yrs, 17” Craigers, electric windows and factory 440. Low mileage.
Currently owned by an ex Motorsport driver, so well sorted.

Don’t waist time, if you see what you want, get it. We saw this immaculate Camaro in 2017, took too long to make a decision and it was gone in 24hrs. It was offered at 30k and sold 24hrs later for 35k.
Worth a potential 80k plus here in NZ, as it was a matching numbers car, with immaculate paint and no sign of the dreaded cancer.

They are coming thick n fast, this fine SB factory air 68 RS Camaro just came up. A little secret, we were offered one at this price a couple of years ago, it was snapped up at a show 10k over what we were originally offered it for.

Just in case you think survivors don’t exist, this very original 1955 Tri-5 was found in Modesto 2017. Graham was very pleased we found it. It was completely original and very clean, not a typical tri-5 found these days.

Just arrived this morning, wow!! it’s as expected. We’ve decided to sell as it is right now......it’s truly unbelievable to see it, it was an actual barn find, sitting for 43 years, the previous owner in the states bought it with the intention to restore. He had undertaken the usual things to start with.
New rubber hoses
New white wall tires
New battery
New battery cables
New fuel pump
New plug
New leads
The interior is untouched, with un-repared cracked leather drivers seat, probably due to the fact it was in storage, with the heat of the California sun.
Visible surface aging on all the surfaces, typically the look you’d expect when untouched for so many years. Has to be seen to believe.

Hey, from time to time we get the opportunity to buy some awesome cars.
Last week we were shown a shed full of cars in storage for restoration mostly, but also some complete cars.
One of these 40’s ford Coupe’s up on a hoist, yet to be restored. A couple of hot rod model A’s. A couple of Tri5’s.

This morning we were shown a 55 tbird, it was bought new, been sitting for years and has just been painted, yet to be put together.

With all of the things like this popping up, would be handy to know if someone would like to know more. You have to have money in hand of course.

We have a 65 Olds 2 door hardtop, big block 425 coming in next month, it had been in storage for 45 years, 3 owners 16,000 miles on the clock.

Opportunities popping up all the time.

An example of what we do here.
This 1972 Plymouth roadrunner was bought by American Muscle, just south of San Jose. After the purchase, American Muscle shipped it here to NZ.

Our job was to get it complied for NZ. But first we were instructed to make it right. By no means an easy task.
A comprehensive rebuild was required. Showing not only our capacity to find and ship a car to New Zealand. With also the capability of complying for use on our roads in New Zealand. We do comprehensive work, on the cars if asked.

With Auto Electricians, Panel Be**ers, Fabricators and Mechanics. With also the ability to bring in parts if required.

This Plymouth roadrunner is also an original car. The Hood is off a 1974, didn’t quite fit the 72 to well and now it fits like a glove. Sporting colour matched bumpers also.

We still have finishing touches to do.

Ok, keep in mind this was advised as a solid car. Potential landed here for 40k plus.

What you have to understand is American steel has a different make up to what we are used to seeing with other cars we’re used to seeing. When you can actually see the rust, it goes far deeper than what you see also, particularly if it appears flaky at the stage you see it.
