Dialogue matching works – if the quality of the recordings is high enough. That old saying still applies: Garbage in. Garbage out.

Artificial Intelligence cannot replace common sense.

The better mics, recording chain and techniques you use, the better off you are. And, of course, don’t forget to use your ears!

How close do you place a snare drum mic above the skin? Ever heard the sound of a drum that close? Hopefully not! Read our guidelines for miking a drum kit.

Our thoughts go out to the amazing team that is Homegrown. Next year is the one!

Well it’s definitely been a whirlwind start to 2022, after more clarification and information shared with us over the past few days, we regret to announce that Jim Beam Homegrown 2022 will not be able to go ahead, and the event has to cancel 😓 This is to ensure the safety of our artists, crew, and of course you, our loyal attendees and friends.

We understand the disappointment and frustration you will be feeling, and believe us, we feel it too. ❤️

We would love you to hang onto your tickets and party with us next year at Jim Beam Homegrown 2023!! Your existing tickets will automatically be valid for 2023, so if you want to show your support and hang on to them you don’t have to do a thing! If you do require a refund, you will have been sent an email with instructions on how to do this, and refunds will be available to process from 9am Monday 14th February until Monday 14th March 2022.

Again, we do feel you, we hear you, and if we could make the event happen, we would.
It's a super tough time for the events industry right now, and our hearts go out to you all. We are sending our deepest aroha to everyone affected.

We will now be focusing our attention on delivering you a bigger and better Jim Beam Homegrown 2023! As always, we genuinely appreciate your ongoing support for Homegrown and Kiwi music!

Kia kaha, stay safe, look after one another, and we will see you March 18th 2023 🙏

Multidirectional walls of sound.
VIO C: a complete series of stand-alone 2-way active line-source cabinets for multiple arrayed solutions.
Upgrading the arrayable concept by embodying the VIO technology quality, the C line gets a place of honor in a wide range of venues and applications, from installed PA systems to sound reinforcement for touring contexts.

Designed to create horizontal or vertical line-source arrays, each VIO C is a rapid yet straightforward rigging system with flexible coverage options and powerful acoustic performance.
The series encompasses 3 enclosures housing premium neodymium components: VIO C12, VIO C15, and VIO C212 and is featured by:
• Class-D Digipro G4 amplifier delivering 1600W RMS as every VIO system
• RDNet card
• Preamp ready for upgrades with Audinate Dante card
• A horizontal 22,5° angle coverage pattern
• Infrared ports for an automatic linking of the cabinets horizontally or vertically
• Plywood reinforced by black polyurea finish
• Removable rain cover
• 2 side and 2 back handles for transport and setup

What makes VIO C unique is the immense scalability options: up to 32 elements can be easily coupled to set up double line clusters. At the same time, the VIO C12 and VIO C15 designs also allow to create up to 4-module constant curvature arrays.
