Tui Ridge Park (TRP) is situated on 170 hectares of farmland and native bush. With over 12 kilometers of walking trails and mountain bike tracks, a large sports gymnasium, a variety of accommodation options, and catering provided where requested, TRP is ideal for school camps, corporate conferences, sporting events, small group retreats, and more. Accommodation is available - choose between a cabi
n room (four beds, communal kitchen area), our dormitory facilities, or a powered or unpowered site for your caravan, motorhome, or tent. Up to 246 people can be accommodated in the cabins and dormitories. The Catering Team will provide delicious home meals for camps and other events by arrangement, managing most special dietary requirements without fuss. Our Outdoor Education Team can provide fun team-building and challenging activities for your camp. Tui Ridge Park is owned and operated by the North New Zealand conference of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. It is managed by the Tui Ridge Board and the Board of Executives of the North New Zealand Conference of the Seventh-day Adventist Church

In the heart of New Zealand’s native bush, Tui Ridge Park offers an exhilarating escape with its adventure-packed school camps. Just 20 km north of Rotorua and a short drive from Auckland, this 400-acre paradise features rock climbing, high ropes courses, and many other thrilling adventure activities. Guests enjoy cosy accommodations and hearty meals, making it the perfect setting for unforgettable outdoor education and team-building experiences.
This is a full-time position as Bookings Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
● Coordinate Bookings: Manage and oversee the scheduling and coordination of all bookings, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
● Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks, including responding to inquiries, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
● Guest Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for guests at our front desk, providing excellent customer service and support throughout the booking process.
● Office Management: Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a well-organised and professional environment.
● Social Media and Communications: Support our marketing efforts by assisting with social media updates and communication campaigns.
Key Qualifications:
● Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
● Enthusiasm for creating engaging social media content.
● Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
● Proficiency in computer work and eagerness to learn new programmes.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.

In line with the government guidelines and advice, from 11:59 pm Monday 04 April 2022, My Vaccine Pass was no longer needed here at Tui Ridge Park.
We are very excited to welcome everyone to our piece of Heaven and look forward to continuing to make memories.
Use of the My COVID QR Tracer app is also not required but some will be available across the entire park for those that wish to scan in.
We appreciate your patience as we work to implement this.
