An on-farm wedding for 190. Chicken lollipops with romesco sauce, albondigas (meatballs), bruschetta, Spanish egg tortilla, white bean dip and Tapenade, and Moroccan spiced lamb kept everyone happy before the paella. It was a pleasure to cook for these lovely people.

Conference Catering

We regularly cater with some of Hawke's Bay's finest food trucks. Last night we fed conference delegates with Pipi Truck and The Huntess. This is a great way to offer variety and very quick service. It's also a good way for us to get some free pizza!
