Such a superb event. World class chefs, fantastic local producers, eager young students and a supportive community bring this event together and it was so exciting hearing from the first scholarship recipient - Brit McDonald from about her overseas experiences and how this has helped her grow in her own business.
2 scholarships were awarded to 2 very worthy young women last night and I can’t wait to hear about their adventures next year.
Proud to be a part of this impactful event.
