Our friend, Shaan from Drax Project popped in again to Te Takeretanga o Kura-hau-pō . Three lucky rangatahi were led through a song writing workshop, and had a chance to work one-on-one with Shaan, as he shared his knowledge on writing that next big hit!

Youth Christmas Party Raffle
Congratulations to Aaron Whitikia for 1st place and Gina Howick for 2nd place in our Youth Christmas Party Raffle.
The money raised is going towards the feast and a small Christmas present for the youth that attend.
We are so thankful for everyone who bought a ticket and donated money.

Today we focused on ‘Take Notice’ for Mental Health Awareness Week.
To help us take notice we did Laughing Yoga in the Youth Space! It was very entertaining and noisy. 😁 A big thank you to Judith from Laughter Yoga - Lower North Island for today. We look forward to having you back again another time.

October School Holidays Week 1
Come and join in the fun down here at Te Takeretanga o Kura-hau-pō Youth space this school holidays. We have amazing programmes and events planned such as a make-up master class, work out circuits, pancake day and movies, and that is just week one!
