We're back at the Mangawhai School market in the morning.

Keeping it hearty and delicious tomorrow with a a slow roasted lamb shoulder, cous cous, sundried tomatoes with some other goodies for just $12.

Saturday is market day!

This week at the School markets we'll have juicy smoked lamb shoulder and tender pork ribs.

Bring the family down for a mean feed and wash it down with an ice cold Karma Cola.

I'll be down at the Mangawhai School Markets tomorrrow.

The smokers been firing all night making sure these juicy St Louis pork ribs and tender lamb shoulder are fit for consumption.

Come down and grab a mean feed.
