1, Get Two of the same shirt, to change into after the ceremony

2. Make sure you keep lip balm inside your pocket so you don’t have dry lips

3. Make sure someone reads your speech a week before, and practice it too.

4. Don’t drink too much the night before.

5. Write a note and get a little gift for someone to give to your bride the morning of the wedding.

Our Story

Each wedding we are involved in is unique. No matter which day your wedding falls on, we love to help you plan your special day.

The Stables building is an iconic, vintage, open plan, large venue situated within the Equestrian Matakana Country Park between Matakana Village and Omaha Beach. We are perfectly set up for either a summer wedding with large glass doors that open onto our outdoor patio and manicured lawns, or a cosy winter wedding making use of the huge fireplaces on each end of the dining room and the heated stone floors.
