The heart and soul of our business is sourcing local and seasonal produce as well as hunting out the best ingredients from small producers. We like to work closely with our clients to design menus that reflect the character of the event. Basically, we are crazy passionate about delicious, simple well-executed food. We got into the catering game after returning from a stupendous couple of years in

France and Italy, where seasonal and local food reigns supreme. We wanted to bring this way of eating to event catering in New Zealand. Where there is no doubt, we have the greatest produce in the world. No Biggie uses premium, seasonal produce. Sourcing meats that are free range and in most cases organic. Opting for organic or at least spray free fruit and vegetables. Small goods are sourced directly from local producers, who share our food ideologies. We cater damn fine food for all budgets. Based in the Bay of Plenty, travelling all over this great country.

Tasting looks over the last 5 years 🍾 always a trip going back through the NB archives. We hosted our first group tasting back in 2018 (last pic) at our kitchen space with 30 people squeezed in watching the kitchen in action. In 2019 we progressed to the empty unit next door. From 2020 we’ve been hosting at 💘 utilising all their beautiful spaces. Couldn’t have done it without the OGs 🍾

We big believers in having printed menus at your wedding or event. Guests can see what’s on offer and if they haven’t had the lamb or the green salad, they know to ask their neighbour to pass it on down. It’s also great for guests with dietary requirements as they can determine which dishes they can tuck in to safely.

G’Day from outback Australia 🧡 we’ve been seriously MIA on our socials the last few months and this is the reason 👆🏼 we’re living out of a caravan, traveling around Western Australia this winter. We decided while the kids are young to do as much exploring as we can, No Biggie will be back in action from September for another epic summer season. We’ve been dreaming up some epic new bites and dishes for y’all and we can’t wait to test them out at our tasting in September 🫶🏼
