Thank you, beautiful humans who have helped breathe new life into what once was (only 5 months ago), a big old dirty shed in the industrial area!

From your combined love, 43 Wakefield Street has grown (just like the Secret Garden beyond the gate) into a flourishing place of healing, fun, exploration, community, and love!

Thank you ~ To all the people pictured and to those who couldn't make it yesterday. THANK YOU! From the bottom of my now bursting-at-the-seams heart!

Yesterday was super cool! ❤️
Nature never fails to stir my soul. Hiking along Te Mata Peak alone yesterday, I was completely captivated by the beauty around me ~ towering redwoods, vibrant plant life, and the chorus of birdsong. Being surrounded by this living, breathing world fills me with so much joy, excitement and connection!

Of course, life has its funny moments too! I managed to lose my car (yes, really!) but was rescued by the kindness of a lovely man and his equally lovely dog. It was a sweet reminder that, just like nature, humanity has its own way of surprising us.

Feeling grateful for the adventure, the connections, and this incredible Earth we get to call home. 🌿

Wear a dress and move your body in the most delicious ways guided by the amazing Kelly. 🌹

☝🏽Me, pregnant w/ Dahlia dancing along Ocean Beach ~ what a time. I just felt GLORIOUS!
So this week we dance in dresses! You know why? It just feels so dreamy/different/sexy/feminine insert vibe here.
There’s something about consciously selecting something to move in. Think about the fit on your body, the fabric, the feel of it swirling about chasing your shadow. If it feels like yes, then that’s the one for you.
We move in unique ways when we shift away from yoga leggings to move in. Even loose pants, jumpsuits & silk scarfs to throw about make your dancing session different.
Our last sessions for the year are at .secret.garden.nz Thu 9.30am
Sat 3pm
As always, I can’t wait to see you all to celebrate our time dancing together this year. The new connections we’ve made with both self & each other. So special ⚡️💛✨

What an incredible journey these past 5 months have been at My Secret Garden! 🌹

Since opening on 6th July 2024, this little haven has blossomed into a beautiful oasis and hub for creation, connection, and community ~ all thanks to you ~ students, teachers, event facilitators, and supporters!

WOW!!!! Our Group Hypnosis session tonight was insanely deep! Thank you, SO much Mila for coming to Napier to share you tallest and magic.
