We have another beautiful workshop from True Essence this Saturday at My Secret Garden. Autumn Nestings, celebrating and welcoming in the Autumn Equinox 4-6pm 22/3. See you there! 🌹

🍂Come with me to celebrate this Autumn Equinox together🍂 I know this transition isn't easy for many. Some of us may find it difficult to let go of the vibrancy of sunny summer days and outdoor fun.

✨️In this session, I will gently guide you to prepare yourself physically, mentally, and spiritually for the season of calm and harvest, turning your gaze inward to honor your experiences and learnings, connecting with the sacred of this timing, towards the magic of this period of conscious calm.

What will we do in this space?

🍁 Autumn meditation with crystals

🍁 Breathing and centering exercises

🍁 Guided exercises to release the body and emotions

🍁 Gratitude practices

All of this is designed to lighten your physical and emotional body, allowing you to develop awareness of your internal climates (your emotions) and gradually prepare ourselves for the more yin season of rest: winter.

For our session, please bring your yoga mat, a cozy blanket, a pillow, and your water bottle. (Don't worry if you don't have these – we'll have spares at the studio.)

Wear something comfy! Layers are ideal, and don't forget warm socks.

My handmade Organic Smudge Sticks (as of today) are officially stocked at Cornucopia Organics shop in Hastings as well as Crystal Aura shop in Napier!
I’m beyond grateful to see these little bundles of love and intention finding homes in such beautiful spaces.

Each smudge stick is crafted with care, infused with love, Intention and made from locally sourced flora ~ a perfect companion for your rituals of cleansing, grounding, and creating sacred space.
