Catering and hospitality have formed a major part of most of my adult life. Since September 2020, a gift to refocus has resulted in a move to the South Island and a change of occupation. However, I haven’t strayed too far from the kitchen. Nelson has been on my radar for quite some time. I love creating bespoke menus to fit a special occasion, a special gift or simply to celebrate the everyday. My menus and dishes herald the seasons. I’m a people person and find them my best critics.
