We’re hoping the weather comes right for Sunday at the Market…and next week is looking a bit more settled with a bit less rain…so let’s hope mama nature smiles on us for some sunny days for some tasty food! A selection of canapés and tapas/sliders for a VIP in the Nelson catering community’s milestone birthday on Saturday night! We feel so privileged to have been asked to cater for this special lady and all around gorgeous human, to give her a night off to enjoy celebrating her!

A menu full of colour and flavour to keep the energy levels high for the dancing that ensued! Thank you so much for having us, we love our catering whānau in Nelson and the awesome community we have supporting and propping each other up! Happy Birthday, Feliz Cumpleaños!!

Colourful canapés…a feast for the eyes on socials…and a feast for the senses in person! We love to use locally sourced and seasonal produce for our canapés (and all our menus for that matter), these tasty morsels are a great way to kick off an event/wedding or have as a stand alone with some finger food for a cocktail event or a client function!

Congratulations to A&P on their wedding, we absolutely loved catering for these two beautiful humans on their special day! The held their reception at a private venue in the Moutere, and a menu that included a grazing table ans a banquet for mains, with alternatives for some extra special dietaries. We’ve had an amazing weekend catering the annual NZ Birds conference at the Trafalgar Centre for the Ornithological society of NZ. It was a busy 2 days with catering during the day for morning and afternoon teas, lunch, and then dinner in the evening for 230 guests.

Here’s a glimpse at the menu and what we served for the formal dinner on Sunday evening. A plated meal with an alternative drop for mains and shared entrees and dessert. It was pleasing to the eye and the tummy!

We couldn’t have done it without our amazing team of awesome humans who always bring their A Game! You guys know who you are….Thank you all so much for your stellar hard work and efforts this weekend!
