Table love 💛

There's a lot of planning and decisions that go into tablescaping. And having a florist on board to share advice on tableware, tablecloths, stationery and layout can help a lot.

We can offer suggestions on ideal vendors to use and how much to arrange on the tables.Talking to couples this year, it's one of the areas they get a little stuck on. Ive had many conversations abround this. Having seen hundreds of tables at weddings I know what works and what could work better.

Peonies have a special place in my heart.

I started learning floristry in the month of February and it wasn't till November that year that after all my tears and frustration of learning the art of flower arranging finally fell into place.

And I'll never ever forget the bouquet I was making when the penny dropped. It was a large (in those days) $80 bouquet with 'Sarah bernhardt' peonies, lilies, copper beech and gerberas. It was a heavy bouquet, but I nailed it. The feeling was unreal. I was away and running from there on out, and it was from that moment (10 months after picking up snips for the first time) that I fell in love with the trade and have been at it ever since.

HAPPY PEONY SEASON. It goes fast so enjoy.

Why I love compote vessels for round tables

There's A LOT of negative space to fill so we can get creative with the flowers and abundance of blooms

Designed with other beautiful table items, ie candles, signage, shared platters and your choice of vino, can tell the story of the day

Bud vases are popular, but compotes are 🤌 "chefs kiss"
