⭐️ B I G N E W S ⭐️

With the arrival of our new addition earlier in the year came an opportunity for refocus and shifting priorities, it is with a heavy yet excited heart that the time has come to announce my departure from ABC and New Zealand to join my family on a new adventure across the ditch! After 10 years building up ABC to be an award winning business in Taranaki, building my food truck and a CBD cafe, I am looking forward to a new challenge in the Australian food industry with new ingredients and opportunities.

I am extremely proud of how far ABC Catering has come, from starting out by buying some catering gear and with $300 in the bank ABC was born.

Since I've been in business I've met so many epic people in the region and am so grateful for all the support over the years in helping me build my dream, I couldn't have done it without you all!

So with that being said, ABC catering is up for grabs!

On Sunday we had a stall at the Taranaki Weddings Show and had a display wedding cake. This is up for auction as a fundraiser for Pink Ribbon 🎀

Head to the sweet spot and comment on the original post to place a bid. Currently we have a Mother vs Daughter battle with Leigha Gardiner winning with $131.

This cake boasts 3 8" caramel layers filled with dulche de leche on the bottom w 2 6" lemon cake w lemon curd on the top, worth $250.

With mothers day just around the corner, may reminds us of how important it is to cherish our mothers or mother figures.
One thing that effects us woman a lot is breast cancer, with early detection there can be a 95% survival rate but research and development into the treatment of cancer is really important!

We've teamed up with our good friend Steph to raise money for her pink ribbon fundraiser, to make sure this research can continue, and save many woman in the future.

Up for grabs is this gorgeous cake, featuring 3 layers of caramel cake with a delicious dulce de Leche filling, and 2 layers of lemon cake with lemon curd filling on the top tier!

Bid starts at $40, winner must collect on Wednesday 9am-2pm from antsnacks the lunch bar , 41 devon street east.

BIDDING CLOSES 5PM TUESDAY 9th MAY.

This cake can be easily frozen and still be beautiful and soft to eat once defrosted and brought back to room temp.

Topper is not included.
