It is with great sadness that I tell of the passing of Elaine Carter. Elaine will be very well known to many of you as she volunteered at the Family Store for just over 30 years. We will miss her, all the love she gave and her unwavering faith. She was an inspiration to many and an asset to us and many other organisations in Oamaru.

INVITATION FROM THE OAMARU RAILWAY TEAM.
Dear OSR Members, Supporters and Friends:
This Sunday 25th July at 10:45am at Harbourside Station is the official unveiling of the Husky nameplate which completes our restoration of this vintage 1962 locomotive. Join us at 10:45am to celebrate the completion of this latest project at Oamaru Steam & Rail.
Also to help celebrate this milestone, kids ride free with a paying adult for the first 2 trips. See you there!
