We are open again for garden visits on SUNDAYS, 10am to 4pm, from Sunday 27 October 2024 to 27 April 2025

Admission: Adults $20
Child 5 to 14 years $10
Family up to 2 adults and 2 or more children $50
Pay with cash or NZ Debit card (Eftpos) as you enter, no need to book.

We are now closed for the winter! Thank you to all those who have visited the gardens over the last Spring, Summer and Autumn.

We will be opening again for SUNDAY garden visits from Sunday 27th October 2024 to Sunday 27th April 2025. Keep an eye out here and on our website for updates and admission info.

Meanwhile, we will still be responding to enquiries about wedding and event bookings and garden tours for groups.

Time now for a wee rest and then some garden projects

A truly magical elopement... Beautiful Ivy and Hunter travelled all the way from Louisiana, USA, to marry at the TreeChurch and Gardens on Leap Day 2024! Getting ready in our lovely rooms, a simple moving ceremony, picnic in the gardens and sunset at Raglan - all beautifully captured by Haley Adele at https://haleyadele.com/
And then the day after their wedding, it turned out they were actually Gandalf and Hobbit Sam returning to Hobbiton :-)

We love our Kaizuka (cloud pruned Juniper Chinensis) aka Dr Seuss trees 😃
And we really appreciate the expert help of Kalib and Chris from Wood Lawn and Gardens who keep them tidy, happy and healthy.
Kalib takes great care of Kaizukas all over the country side. Thanks Kalib!

For photos, there is no shortage of options with the TreeChurch itself, as well as the other manicured gardens around the venue. For all you sunset fans, there's lovely spot for both golden hour, and blue hour too! For your reception you have outdoor dining under shade sails, which seats up to 100. I once photographed a wedding at the TreeChurch where the bride and groom opted for a picnic, which was such a lovely relaxed approach to using the space!"
