Hello everyone , this months big bake up is all about LOVE and CHOCOLATE and the LOVE OF chocolate❤️❤️❤️❤️ you don’t need a valentine to spoil yourself any time is a good time to share your LOVE of chocolate.

I will be doing my regular delivery run on FRIDAY this week for VALENTINES DAY.

Heading south MILTON-CLUTHA-CLINTON-GORE-TAPANUI- LAWRENCE (delivery $4)

Each gift box contains:
Mint Pattie x1 (GF)
Belgian chocolate Brownie bites x 2 (GF)
White Belgian chocolate Raspberry buttons x 2 (GF)
Dark Belgian chocolate rolled truffles x 2 (GF)

Good morning everyone.
A stunning day today for the long weekend, lets hope it stays this perfect for tomorrows picnic in the gardens 🤞
Just a reminder to book your Picnic before 2pm today if you wanted one?
Here is a list of what they include per person:

PICNIC MENU
The main box consists of
-whipped feta
-tomato and olive chutney
-olives
-pickled onions
-dried fruit and nuts
-vege sticks
-crackers

Eel feeding and gold panning will start at 12.30pm with Stevie and the gardens are open from 12-4pm

We love everyone to support local so please feel free to get your coffees, from one of the many main street fabulous food venues and bring them along (please note that the closest toilets are the towns public toilets 300m away for those travelling with children).

It will be a fun day at beautiful BELLVIEW WETLANDS in Lawrence. We are looking forward to seeing you all 😁

Hello everyone.
How fabulous has it been to see the sun shinning and summer finally arriving🌞.

To celebrate we will be holding a PICNIC DAY with BELLVIEW WETLANDS this SAT 12pm - 4pm.

Come and enjoy a 2 course delicious picnic $35 pp, complete with sweet treats and entry into the gardens (bookings essential, message here to book your picnic).

PLUS

For those wanting to enjoy just the gardens. They will be open and entry is $5pp or $12 per family of 4, children $2.

Gold panning. Eel feeding, giant water wheel, garden games, sluice cannon and of course the beautiful ponds and heritage street will all be open to public this Sat for the Waitangi weekend.

Hello everyone ,
January is usually a quiet time chocolate wise as we (me included😉) have all had a festive feast of sweets over the holidays.

So I have been busy with my LITTLE HILL tiny garden business and this Saturday I’m so excited to be back at the beautiful BELLVIEW WETLANDS, opening the gardens for my kids classes, gnome home and fairy house making😁

BELLIVEW GARDENS WILL ALSO BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC at the same time of 12PM -4PM $5 entry per person or $15 per family.
Gold panning, eel feeding, heritage buildings and marvel at Stevie's waterwheel, water cannon and his new mining carts.
These fabulous gardens are only open on special days, and well worth a trip to enjoy this magical space.

All ticket prices to classes include entry into the gardens 😁

Thank you to the fab ladies from Clutha Development - Clutha Live & Work
Loved being a part of of your end of year celebrations and such a beautiful location at Mara-Au lodge at Beaumont .
We had a good laugh and it was a perfect last chocolate class of the year for me too 😁

Into the big Simpson park kitchen tomorrow to start baking and chocolate making for the biggest week of my year, it’s cheesecake time !!!

The beautiful Liz’s famous wreath making classes OLEA Design. are on this Sunday, not too late to book in and spend the afternoon making gorgeous Christmas wreathes while indulging in some Lawrence mint sweet treats .

I will be doing the last tart/cake run for the end of the year to Clutha- Gore-and in between this Sunday the 8th Dec.

I am booked out for cakes but have space for a few more boxes of tarts if anyone wants to fill their freezer for Xmas 😁

Hello everyone. I am a few day's late this year to get the Christmas list up, apologies, I had to make sure I could get all the ingredients, sadly some I cannot get this years so you may see some favourites missing (like my blood orange for my fruit tarts! so sad!).

No truffles this year sorry, as I do need to be sensible with how much chocolate I make or I will end up back to no elbow again swiftly!

Hello everyone,

I have had a people message to ask if
I can squeeze one more groups festive chocolate class in before Christmas?
Yes I can😁 I can arrange a class next Saturday the 30th at Waitahuna hall 1pm-2.30pm if get enough interest?
If you would like to come along and join a class and make Christmas dessert ideas then send me a message and I can lock in a class.
This will be the last group class until Christmas as I am pretty close to being booked out with private classes.
It’s a fun 1.5 hour hands on class and we make and eat lots of chocolate and you take home a dessert box and recipe cards, $65pp.

Loved seeing you again and catching up over chocolate and there is always lots of laughs with your group🥰
It was such a jolly and festive evening in the beautiful Christmas shop Lady bird junction.

BUT I WILL be making plenty of cheesecakes and desserts/tarts so if you do want a cheesecake you are welcome to start sending your orders in before I post the full Christmas list 🎄
