1 of the Little Miss Exquisite Contestants for 2023..
Along with this role she will be doing events..modeling..
fashion shows..fundraisers including raising money for Endangered nz animals.. if you would like to support her in any way either via donations to the cause or items/vouchers/products she can raffle off do send us a message. She would love the support..

All fondant art creations take time..love..and attention to detail - All cakes are a one of a kind creation .. we can design from scratch or take ideas from something you love but we dont do full copy of cakes due to copyright .
All cakes are made at The Talisman Cafe SH2 Karnagahake Gorge - opposite Reserve
Ever cake is layered cake with buttercream or ganache filling then finished with a layer of yummy ganache and covered in fondant :)
Most fondant cakes take 4 to 5 days to create from baking to the finished product these are not overnight creations :) .... we get booked out months in advance so it pays to book well in advance ..
All cakes require a Deposit to hold & confirm your cake booking with final full payment 2 weeks before .. please book via stopping into the cafe or message us :)

All our wedding cakes are made with Love and care.. we make to suit your budget & most wedding cakes are delivered to your venue & set up to save you the stress on your special day... (delivered free of charge within the Waihi/Paeroa/Katikati/Waihi Beach areas.. other areas incure travel charge)
We can design something up for you or if you have ideas or photos in mind we can work with these to create our own version specially for your day.. Deposit is required on booking your spot with final full payment due 4 weeks before wedding :) pm us for enquires x

Hello Everyone.. we hope your having a great start to the holidays even with this not so great weather.. Wanting to do something with the kids tomorrow ??
Why not Bring them out to the cafe.. wrap up warm and enjoy a walk through the tunnels and explore the nature of the gorge then pop over and enjoy some Lunch & warmth by the fire.
We have a kids menu which includes a yummy meal and Drink and for this week ..they will also get a Chocolate Cupcake all for only $15
For the adults tomorrow they can purchase a scone or muffin and Medium Coffee for only $7 save $3
Or Buy a Main meal and get your Reg coffee for $2 or Med Coffee for $3

So our Wonderful Caker has been out of action for a while and still has some healing to go ..but we would hate for all you lovely followers to be deprived of some wicked cake art so weve been through the files and found a number of cakes we havn't shared yet.. so whos ready for a Cake montage of photos tomorrow night????
