We are a large catering business, we provide all catering to the Central Energy Trust Arena, the Palmerston North Conference And Function Centre and also off-site catering (private events, weddings etc).

We have a large range of events, from Speedway, Rugby to 700 pax 3 course plated dinners!
The hours are varied depending on the event schedule.

Experience is preferred but not necessary

A can-do, positive attitude is a must

Common sense & a strong work ethic is essential

We are seeking a Sous Chef, as a successful candidate you will have experience leading a kitchen team on a day to day basis, hold a current Food Safety Certificate, have 2+ years proven experience in a similar role, great communication skills.

Absolute Caterers have expanded South!

We have spread our wings and have taken on the catering contract for the Central Energy Trust Arena and the Conference & Function Centre in Palmerston North.

Whangarei will still be home and you can expect to receive the same great service for your weddings and corporate events in Palmerston North.
