This evening started as a birthday bash for this beautiful friend's fiance, turned into a surprise wedding, then turned into an 'everyone's in the know' wedding because no one could keep it a secret 🤣 Marrying this pair was a bloody highlight for me - they took me in as one of the whānau, I played planner, photographer, and lost car key retriever, and had one of the best feeds I've had in years 😋🥰 SO many laughs, a few tears, and so much love ❤️

2. I love commitment to a plan, and not letting things like a little rain ruin your fun!
These two were such a great vibe to be around! I was literally dripping with rain as we watched the bridal party enter, but the skies cleared for this beautiful bride, and we managed to pull off the outdoor ceremony they'd dreamed of 🥰

You've got to appreciate a couple who totally roll with it when the wild Palmy wind hits, and swap sides so the bride's veil blows elegantly out behind her (whipping the groomsmen in the face!) They build 'em tougher than a bit of wind around here, and the happy faces all round certainly showed that - what an awesome day to be a part of! 🥰

In what was undoubtedly the rainiest wedding ceremony of the season, I had an absolute blast marrying these two carefree souls... mud, umbrellas, trekking for 15 minutes through more mud, gumboots (yes, even me), muddy dresses, the bride's epic entrance on the loudest bulldozer ever, getting lost in foggy paddocks, and putting my 4WD skills to good use in my 2WD car to escape the final paddock on the way out... I had the most bloody fun possible and laughed till my face hurt! What a fabulous bunch of people to spend a rainy afternoon with 🥰🥂🌧

It was yet another scorcher of a day when I married these two back in Feb (what a summer!!!) Their beautiful little girl had everyone smiling before we even got started - it's always so special having a couple's own kids involved 🥰

On one of the hottest days of summer, I had the bloody privilege of marrying these two babes under the most amazing arch (wouldn't expect anything less when the bride is a fencer by trade!) Lost guests, an overheated iphone, and spotty cell reception were no match for these two who didn't let anything get in the way of a fabulous day! Throw in countless laughs, a jar of vaseline, and being threatened with being hunted down if I didn't take a bottle of bubbles for the road, and it's safe to say I had as much fun as they did 🎉🥰

No summer storm was going to dampen the spirits of this incredible pair! The guys got to work earlier in the day and three white gazebos and a zillion staples later, we were able to have an 'outdoor' wedding in the courtyard at Harrisville. It was laughs and smiles all round, and the love and care these two had for one another was seriously heart melting 😍

Well it's been a hot minute... anyone would think I'd had a quiet season 😅
Back in Jan I had the absolute privilege of marrying my 50th couple! And what better way to celebrate, than with these two beautiful women, (who I loved from the first minute of our first meeting, which ran for WAY longer than planned!), along with my amazing friend and a whole line up of uber talented vendors 🤩 These two showered me with love, making me feel like one of the family and sending me off with gifts to celebrate being my 50th couple ❤️

Another day... another stunner of an arch, with allll the colour, thanks to 😍 Apparently there's a killer view to be had through that gap, past the arch and beyond the trees... but since we were lost in a sea of fog and rain, the focus was all on the bride, the groom, the florals... and me in my gumboots 😅 (at least I had my fancy ones that day!)

There's something extra special about evening weddings, and these two picked a perfect, stunning evening to tie the knot at Aberdeen with the most important people in their lives. There were plenty of laughs to be had, as well as all the feels...this was the evening I realised non waterproof mascara just simply doesn't cut it 😅😍🥰

I had the absolute privilege of marrying these beautiful women earlier this year, in a stunning, golden hour elopement in the Central Hawkes Bay. They had a brother, a best friend, and the incredibly talented Samantha () along for the ride, and their day had ALL the feels... nerves, excitement, and pure, radiating happiness ❤️

I'm SO behind with sharing all the gorgeous photos I've stockpiled from my fantastic couples last season (obvs I'm not a social media fiend!) But we're well and truly into the new season, so I thought I'd better get moving!
This pair had a backyard wedding with their nearest and dearest (love!) and were clear that mushy and gushy wasn't their style... they're both farmers and they wanted short, sweet and a few good laughs... relaxed, no fuss and just the way I like it 😁

After weeks of rain, these two hit the jackpot with a gorgeous, sunny day for their winter wedding! We only met a few weeks before their day, but I felt like I'd known them for ages... so many laughs during the lead up to their day! Thanks to them, I also learnt that I'm terrible at tossing a coin... future couples, please don't ask for a coin toss during your ceremony 😅

Back when I was a teen I worked in a florist shop for a few years, and now my 7 year old has dreams of becoming a florist one day... she loves seeing the gorgeous arrangements at all the weddings I'm lucky enough to be a part of 💐💕
