As a mother there are special moments in your life. Well this week I had one of them! I 'married' my son and his fiancé who have been together for almost 16 years. He proposed last week and they got married this week. (I have also been lucky enough to 'marry' my other children too). With their children in attendance and just a handful of family it was the most beautiful afternoon.

The cacao drops are made from the same rare ceremonial cacao paste crafted from indigenous ancestral Cacao in Peru, in a more concentrated and portable option.

Uturunku honours the Chavín de Huántar ceremonial temple that represents the jaguar and the world of the Kay Pacha—the here and now. It is a calming and embodied cacao that takes us inward to connect deeply with our higher self and tunes us into the frequency of the natural world. It is a low stimulant cacao so can be used in the afternoon and evening without too much stimulation.

We recommend these drops for use at home or in ceremonies involving embodiment, sound, meditation, connection, awakening, and daily ritual to assist with feeling present and connected, improving mental health, clarity, guidance, mind-body-spirit balance, and energy maintenance. I personally like to drink it instead of the cheap and nasty cocoa which is full of sugar. Do not mix up cocoa and cacao - they are two different things entirely.

These siblings used to work at the Homestead in their youth when they lived down the road, back in the day of the Kilsbys. The younger one Gordon (on the right) now lives in Tauranga and drove all the way down here yesterday with his partner and they stayed the night. Two of the older siblings live nearby and of course we had to say invite them over to show them round. We’ve had a great time hearing about how life was back then. How lovely it has been to hear them all reminisce about their wonderful time here and experiences they had with Mrs Kilsby. A bit more material for the book!

Two weeks ago we held an amazing weekend of activities and immersion for a group of fabulous women. Briar Mills Photography came and held a photoshoot, both for individual and group shots. If you are looking for a photographer Briar is lovely and calm and a true professional. 🥰

After three years of anticipation, our cabin project needed a saviour, and Mark stepped up in a big way. Every evening, returning from our bustling events, we were greeted by the outstanding progress he made—truly, his work speaks for itself.
